1. Mower won't start?
Check battery charge and insertion. Clear debris under deck. If grass is too tall, raise cut height and mow in two passes. Let motor cool if overheated.

2. Mower starts then stops immediately?
Re-insert battery properly; allow it to reach room temperature. Raise cutting height if grass is dense or cut too low. Let the motor cool down.

3. Battery runs out too quickly?
Mow dry grass, increase cut height, walk slower, and mow more often. Clean the deck after use. For large lawns, consider a spare battery.

4. Uneven cut, blade not spinning, or excessive vibration?
Tighten blade bolts, replace damaged blade, and clear obstructions under the deck. For tall grass, mow twice (higher first, then lower).

5. Battery won't charge?
Clean the battery contacts and reinsert firmly. If still not charging, the battery may be defective – contact an authorised service centre.
